Alvin Joyekurun
CEO & Founder
Alvin is a seasoned financial and investment advisor with 20+ years of expertise in global financial markets. Launching his career at Deloitte Consulting (2005) and AON Hewitt (2008) in London, he specialized in investment strategy for institutional investors. Returning to Mauritius in 2009, he led transformative initiatives in asset management, banking, and insurance with industry leaders like MCB Group, SWAN Group, and Amicorp Group. A first-class Actuarial Science graduate (Cass Business School, UK, 2005), CFA charter holder (2010), and UK-qualified investment actuary (FIA, 2012), Alvin combines independent insight with a holistic approach to solve complex financial challenges.
Akash Baboolall
Executive Director and Consultant
Akash is a Chartered Financial Analyst with nearly a decade of experience in the field of investments and analysis. He has accumulated extensive experience in the financial and investment sector, having been part of SBM Group, IBL Group and UIL Group. His aptitude and skills include trading, corporate finance, financial analysis, and investment analytics. He is passionate about the transformation of data into business intelligence. Akash holds a first-class degree in Finance from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the University of Mauritius.
Jessyca Joyekurun
Independent Non-Executive Director and Consultant
As an accomplished Mandela Washington Fellow (2014) and an executive course graduate of the Yale Business & Entrepreneurship program, Jessyca brings over 16 years of expertise in Human Resources and Employment Law across Mauritius, East Africa, and Madagascar. With 12 years as an entrepreneur, she specializes in Employee Mediation, HR Strategy, and Employee Relations, blending her strong entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of employment law.
